Stop the Phonons

Stop the Phonons is an upbeat song that takes a look at the role of phonons within a thermoelectric generator.  The lyrics tell a story of how researchers at MIT’s S3TEC center want to harness thermal energy for electricity generation, but must find a way to “stop the phonons from giving away the good” thermal energy.
